The sessions are tailored to your requests and draw influence from the following styles:

Yin (slow, meditative, deep stretch - you won't break a sweat)
Restorative (resting with the support of props; calming the nervous system)
Adaptive/Chair (adapted for injuries, disabilities, beginners)
